Try earthworms or any kind of insect for the green. You'll realize very
quickly that greens have huge mouths and are very aggressive feeders.
Hopefully the dace is _at least_ as big as the green or you may soon just
have one somewhat larger green sunfish. My last green sunfish loved the huge
cockroaches we have here in 'bama called water bugs, as well as any Dambusia
I came across.
