_If_ they were still listed. I was taking in account of any state listings.
If they're de-listed, then it's a non issue in any situation. So say they
drop the listing on gilt darters, but maintain the listing on spotted
darters... Then it'd be requested that there be zero take, permits or not,
on the spotted darters, but everyone who could care for, should go home with
a beautiful piece of Percina :)
