bruce...
sounds pretty good to me. i like camping by water!
a little confusing on 2 things...
at one point you say its about a couple miles north of our rendevous site on
33/sipsey... but then you say its about 8,1 and more miles into the
wilderness.
also the miimes family access... is it to the "right" going north after
crossing the sipsey fork? ive walked down ( yes very rough rutty 4 wheel
drive ) to the "canoe" launch there but did not see sandy beaches... just
rock walls and juts. no sand. perhaps the water was low exposing sand?
this sounds great tho otherwise... i really appreciate your scouting... ( and
you got a nice weekend :) for your final post be sure and use the gazeer for
hte rendevous point and camping points/sites.
im bringing my son of 13.
thanks, casper
i had fun w/ jay delong this weekend... a real blast!
