Strange as it seems, different post offices seem to work under different
rules! I wazs told by my post office that I couldn't do a "hold at office
for pick up", although other post offices did just that. But then my letter
carrier, whom i have a good relationship with, said he'd call if he saw a
box for me so I could get it - sometimes at 7 AM, whcih cut several hours
off of the "in the bag" time.
