Spring is near and has sprung on Louisiana!
I sighted my first gecko this morning as I picked up the newspaper from the
driveway......the Mediterranian gecko blends in very nicely above my front
door, crouched onto the brick facade!
As soon as I lifted my Poeciliid trap, I saw a Amphuima had quite gorged
itself and left only a few Dambusia and crawfish which I'd hoped to feed to my
Central Longear's....but, I quickly released the amphibian and moved my minnow
trap to another locale.
It's approaching 78 degrees as I type this and I hope that the northern climes
will soon get the warm-up that is well due and will be welcomed!
Best Regards and a quick spring to all........
