They seem to act like silvers, but sound like they look different. The
silver chub is similar to a common shiner, but keeps its scales , has big
eye ( the thing thatmade me think of your fish, and the lower lobe of the
caudal fin is black. They must be the fish that represents that type in my
area, since habitat sounds identical.>
