We have something.....brain shaped ..green....almost the consistency
of jelly...only in June....some surface resistance to a poke ..
again, I assumed some sort of algae
or maybe some huge egg mass. Scared the bejezees outta one
guy who called it a freshwater jellyfish. Lots of them one
week and all gone the next. I didn't see if they hatched or rotted.
Sometimes I wish I could just live there <sigh>. I miss soooo
much!
