I've actually got a former student that is working on culturing them (or was as of last year) and will see if I can round up her contact information for you. Her initial stock was from SE Alabama captured during a swamp mucking trip I took my class on. To the best of our collective knowledge they were not native to that particular system but are found in some nearby...bait-release most likely. Again...will see what I can find for you.
