I just started decapsulating brine shrimp about three days ago. It's really
easy--I just use about a quarter cup of water, to hydrate the shrimp (for
about an hour), then dump the eggs and water into slightly less than a
quarter cup of bleach. Rinse in tap water as soon as the eggs turn orange.
